Welcome to my Covid-19 gallery! I should have been photographing bears in Slovenia during this time of lockdown but instead have taken the opportunity to photograph birds coming into my garden, and in particular to my garden pond. This has been something of a surprise, with several unexpected visitors and several common species that still have yet to put in an appearance. I wonder where these are drinking and bathing? I've lived in this house for fourteen years, so spending some effort on photographing the native wildlife here is rather overdue. I posted one species per day for three weeks on my Facebook page (@MartinGracePhotography) until I ran out of new species. Since then I have carried on photographing and adding new images of species already covered and new species when they have turned up too. I will carry on adding images regularly until the lockdown ends or the birds stop coming! All these images can also be seen in the United Kingdom Birds galleries.
