Roadside shelter at Saudhusvollur, southern Iceland, known as the Shed.
Built with stone walls and turf, the Shed provided shelter for milk cans against the sun and for people waiting for transportation. It went out of use in 1963, but unlike many others throughout Iceland, has been preserved.
