Amorous Southern Rockhopper Penguins (Eudyptes chrysocome chrysocome) in a fresh water shower, The Rookery, Saunders Island, Falkland Islands
This fresh water shower is at the side of the penguin highway between the sea and the Southern Rockhopper Penguin colony at the Rookery, Saunders Island. Many of the penguins take the opportunity to shower off the salt water and take a drink before continuing up the cliff to the colony.
