Eudyptes chrysocome chrysocome is the western form of the Southern Rockhopper Penguin, and breeds around the tip of South America, including the Falkland Islands. It is also called the Western Rockhopper or American Southern Rockhopper. It feeds on krill, squid, octopus, lantern fish, molluscs, plankton, cuttlefish, and mainly crustaceans.
